I have 5+ years of experience in Erasmus+ KA2 cooperation projects, in the school, higher education, youth and VET sectors: 10 projects as coordinator, 2 as partner (as of February 2024).

My goal is to write my own project applications, but also to join consortia on topics that are close to my heart: science – particularly for the female public, digital, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, capacity building, gamification, gender and inclusion.

Objectives

The project aims to provide young people with the opportunity to improve or develop their stress management skills for better health and well-being. This will also boost their employability and entrepreneurial skills. The project targets young people with limited access to education and unemployed young people (“NEET: Not in Education, Employment or Training”), but also aims to include the general population of young people interested in this topic. The project aims to provide personalized solutions for the development of stress management techniques by young people.

Young people with secondary and/or higher education.
Young NEETs, unemployed and marginalized groups.
Young citizens wishing to improve their stress management and professional skills.
Youth workers/educators.
Youth organizations
(Indirect) Health professionals in stress management.
(Indirect) Professionals in the career guidance of young people.
